The Vergio Pass
After breakfast and preparing our horses, we resume our journey through the forests framed by the mountains, winding our way along forest paths and tracks;

In the evening we take advantage of the ski resort's facilities, gîte and restaurant for this second stage;

After leaving the Vergio pass, we enter the mountains in the footsteps of hikers. Just over the Col de St Pierre (1400m), we discover the magnificent Lac de Nino (1800m) with its free-roaming herds.

Today we continue in the footsteps of the hikers for a stage to Lake Creno (1300m). A magnificent stretch of water surrounded by tall pine trees.

The Tavignano
We leave this magical place to follow the little Tavignano stream, and it's by following this arid valley that we arrive in the Melo forest, where the tall pines stand majestically.

Overnight in tents at the Conia sheepfold
A few steps from the river, we reach the Col de l'Arinella (1600m), overlooking the Niolu forests, to the Conia sheepfold, where we share a delicious meal (overnight in tents);

Horses suitable for mountain trails. Free-roaming horses in herds. Predominantly Corsican breeds and saddle horses. 
Hiking saddles and mixed saddles with hiking equipment. 
A catering car every evening and at lunchtime generally with personal belongings. 
Graduated guide and tour leader.As the establishment is also a training centre, trainees may be asked to supervise treks or holidays on their own or with a qualified leader.

Please note: in summer we have to adapt the riding times according to the temperature.

Cavaliers en bonne condition physique, pratiquant l’équitation en extérieur et maîtrisant les 3 allures. Les enfants à partir de 10 ans étant à l’aise aux trois allures accompagnées d’un adulte sont acceptés.
