Ota and Porto, in the heart of the mountains
Built into the mountainside, Ota is an authentic little village of old stone and pink stone. Surrounded by scrubland and olive groves, Ota offers breathtaking views of the valley and cliffs.
Below, on the coastline, lies Porto, its marina. This small village is home to a fishing port and a large pebble beach in one of the island's most beautiful gulfs, the Gulf of Porto. One of the best vantage points from which to admire the island's flamboyant sunsets.

The Genoese tower of Porto

An indelible mark of Corsican history, this tower has witnessed various attacks by pirates passing through the Gulf of Porto. Its museum allows you to learn more about the history and purpose of Genoese towers in Corsica, with the added bonus of a 360° view of the Gulf of Porto and the surrounding wonders.
