Accommodation and facilities
The hotel offers 96 "Costa Smeralda"-style accommodations, decorated with local materials. Each has a veranda with chairs and a small table, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone, minibar and beach towels.

- "Classic": one double bed (twin beds on request only).
- "Deluxe": one double bed + open-plan lounge.
Suites:
- "Junior": bedroom with double bed (twin beds on request only) + open-plan lounge with sofa bed.
- "Suites": bedroom with double bed (twin beds on request only) + lounge in separate area with 2 single sofa beds.
- " Senior": one bedroom with double bed (twin beds on request only) + one bedroom with twin beds + lounge in a separate area with 2 single sofa beds (or one double).
- "Familiale" : 2 adjacent "Junior" suites with shared staircase landing or veranda (or one suite + one "Junior" suite).
Amenities: free access to sports facilities (floodlit synthetic tennis court, beach volleyball court), free WiFi, free unsupervised indoor parking. Optional extra services: self-service laundromat, electric vehicle charging station.
Catering
Buffet breakfast on the poolside terrace of the "La Poiana" restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Buffet dinner featuring excellent Mediterranean and local specialties in the restaurant's beautiful poolside verandas from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. (and until 10:00 p.m. in high season). At management's discretion, buffet service may be replaced by table service. Gluten-free meals available (on request at time of booking). Poolside bar with musical entertainment.
Restaurant and bar opening hours are at the discretion of management.
Leisure and entertainment
Two pools: the larger, central one reserved for hotel guests, with umbrellas, deckchairs and lifeguard; the smaller one, with deckchairs, reserved for guests of the residence. Cannigione public beach, with umbrellas and deckchairs, is just a few meters from the hotel pool, across the road from the most beautiful beaches of the Arzachena Gulf. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Mannena public beach. Outdoor children's playground, fitness area with sea view and fitness trail.
Activities available at extra cost: dinghy rental and boat mooring in the nearby tourist port, boat excursions to the La Maddalena archipelago at special rates, scooter and car rental, prestigious boat rental or sport fishing (including deep-sea fishing), shuttle service to Mannena public beach.

To be paid on site: Tourist tax, babysitting service upon reservation, stroller rental upon reservation €24 per stay (deposit required), laundry, dinghy rental and boat mooring in nearby harbor, car and scooter rental, fishing, diving and sailing school nearby, thalassotherapy center & 9-hole golf course at Hotel Capo d'Orso (12km away), half-day or full-day sea excursions to La Maddalena Archipelago National Park and Corsica (for safety reasons, boat excursions are not permitted for children under 3), drinks and extras.
Good to know: Baby cot 0-1 year free on reservation. Pets not allowed. Free parasols and deckchairs on the public beach near the hotel (subject to availability). Free shuttle service to Mannena public beach at scheduled times (extra charge for residential guests). Outdoor playground for children. Free use of tennis and beach volleyball courts. First Minute & Early Booking: 10% to 15% discount on stay. Applicable only on the price of accommodation and half-board. The Brunch Mediterraneo supplement is not eligible.
Long Stay: 5% discount on stays of at least 8 nights (arrival before May 30 or from September 27, 2025) or on stays of at least 12 nights during other periods. Applicable only on the price of accommodation and half-board.
Honeymoon or wedding anniversary: a romantic dinner, with a Sardinian sparkling wine and a romantic cake. A welcome bottle left in your room. A Delphina souvenir gift and a Sardinian silver wedding ring for the couple. Offer conditions: Valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
