Accommodation
120 units in 15 single-storey buildings, in the heart of a flower-filled, tree-lined, traffic-free park.
All highly functional units feature: air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, microwave, essential utensils and crockery), 1 bathroom (WC, hairdryer), TNT TV channels, safe, bed linen + bath mat + tea towel provided, terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
- "T2" 2/4 persons (approx. 29 m²): living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 single beds. 2/4-person "T2" (approx. 29 m²): living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 4/6-person "T3" (approx. 38 m²): same description as "T2" + additional bedroom with 1 double bed (160). 2 PMR units in "T3".
Wifi access in common areas. Closed parking, subject to availability. Coin-operated laundry facilities.
Luggage storage. In low season, short-stay options available on request (minimum 3 nights).
Catering
Accommodation only, catering available on site or by prior arrangement at extra cost and subject to availability.
Leisure and entertainment
Access to hotel activities and facilities: swimming pool with solarium and water park with slides. The hotel beach is also at your disposal, with deckchairs and parasols, from 02/06 to 27/09 inclusive. Sports: 2 tennis courts, multi-sports field, fitness activities (gentle gym, muscle toning and aquagym depending on season). Petanque, table tennis, beach volleyball.
In July and August: water polo in the pool. Welcome forum on Sunday mornings, with program presentation.
Plus: water sports, scuba diving, canyoning, excursions by coach and boat.
Shops, boat shuttle to Ajaccio in the immediate vicinity.

Check-in & Check-out Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.
To be paid on site: MANDATORY deposit to be paid on arrival 160€ per apartment + 50€ cleaning deposit, end-of-stay cleaning on request 30€ per apartment, towel kit (including 4 large towels) 12€ per unit, packed lunch 10€ per person per day on reservation, beach towel rental 4€ per unit (deposit 20€ and 1.50€ per change) and extras.
Reservations and payment on site subject to availability: Mini Club for children aged 3 to 7 and/or Mini Club for children aged 8 to 10, open 6 days a week during French school vacations, at €15 per child per day or €65 per child for 6 days. Teenagers' Club for children aged 11 to 17, open 6 days a week during the French school vacations, included in the price.
Good to know: Baby cot (0-1 year) free on reservation. Bed linen (changed once a week on request), tea towel and bath mat provided. Tourist tax included. Pets not allowed. Free open parking, subject to availability.
For the period from June 21 to August 22, 2025 inclusive, stays must begin and end on a Saturday, with a minimum duration of 7 nights. Outside this period, arrival and departure days are free, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
