Accommodation and facilities
Several categories of accommodation are available:
- Apartments approx. 28 m² (occupancy up to 2 adults + 1 baby), non-renovated, equipped with: living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed or two single beds, toilet and shower room. Sea view on request and at an additional cost.
- Duplex of approx. 35 m² (occupancy up to 4 adults + 1 baby), non-renovated, equipped with: living room/kitchenette, toilet, downstairs bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two single beds, shower room. Sea view on request and at extra charge.
- Duplex "Vista" approx. 35 m² (occupancy up to 5 adults + 1 baby): living room/kitchenette, upper floor bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is on the mezzanine.
Toilet and shower room. This type of apartment is available renovated without kitchenette. Sea view on request and at extra cost.
All units feature: fully-equipped kitchen (hotplates, combined microwave/grill oven and fridge), shower room with separate toilet and hairdryer, terrace with garden furniture, air conditioning and flat-screen TV.
Beds are made up on arrival in all units; towels are not included. Baby equipment (bed, chair and bath) available free of charge, subject to availability (deposit required). Free parking available.
Catering
The "A Murza" restaurant, with its panoramic view over the Gulf of Lava, offers buffet-style cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Twice a week, you can discover Corsican specialities.
The panoramic bar, with its terrace perched high above the sea, invites you to relax with a drink in a setting that only Corsica can offer. The bar offers a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The emphasis is on island produce, which can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea.
Leisure and entertainment
An entertainment team encourages you to take part in a wide range of activities: aquagym, muscle-building sessions, various group games, dancing, pétanque tournaments, themed evenings, concerts, shows... Numerous activities are available on the beach, 300 m away, with a fee (jet skiing, diving, towed buoys, boat hire, speedboat from the beach...).
The residence offers a wide range of facilities: outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, restaurant, bar, auditorium, amphitheatre, pétanque court, 2 tennis courts and ping pong table (loan of equipment subject to availability). Excursions to Scandola Nature Reserve, Porto, Bonifacio, Les Sanguinaires or Zevaco are organized from the residence at an additional cost (subject to change).

Ajaccio is 20 minutes away by car.

To be paid on site: Tourist tax €1.76 per day per person (subject to change in 2025). Laundry room available at reception (washing machine €7, payment in coins directly into the machine and €0.50 for a dose of washing powder, on sale at reception). Beach towels for hire at €4 per towel (€20 deposit required by credit card).
Good to know: Free parking subject to availability. Baby cot, 0 to 1 year old, free on reservation. Beds made up on arrival, towels not included, end-of-stay cleaning at guests' expense. Swimming pool open from 9am to 8pm. Pets not allowed. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). A minimum of 7 nights is required from July 5 to August 22, 2025 inclusive. 3 nights minimum the rest of the season.
Kids Club: 03-11 years old open 6 days/7 during French school vacations from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:00 from Sunday afternoon to Friday. Continuous day possible without supplement in All-In and Full-Board (supplement to be paid on site in Half-Board).
Club Ados: 12-17 years old, open 6 days/7 during French school vacations from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, Sunday afternoons to Fridays.
