40 brand-new, functionalstudios: "Standard", "Confort" or "Vue Mer", from 17 to 23 m², with dining area, double sofa bed (with mattress topper for added comfort) and kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge and microwave. Designed for 1 or 2 adults and a baby. No triple, no twin possible.
All accommodation is non-smoking.
Bed and bath linen provided. Change of linen during your stay at the residence at an additional cost.
Wifi free. Laundry service not included. Coin-operated laundry service.

To be paid on site: Tourist tax €1.80 per person per day, parking €9.50 per day per vehicle (on
reservation) secured by barrier. Cleaning during stay on request 10€. Restocking: bathroom linen kit 5€ per change - bed linen kit 5€ per change. Buffet breakfast available at €12 per day per adult and €8 per day per child aged 02-11 plus extras.
Good to know : Free Wifi. TV, bed and bath linen provided. Pets not allowed. A bank imprint will be taken at check-in as a deposit for any damage during your stay. Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR).
A minimum of 3 nights is required throughout the opening period.
