Accommodation and facilities
The residence comprises 123 units:
- Studios "Vue Mer" (approx. 20 m², 1 bed in 160) for 2 people,
- 1-bedroom apartments "Vue Jardin" or "Vue Mer" (approx. 30 m², 1 bedroom with a bed in 160 and a sofa bed in 140 in the living room) for 4 people,
- 2-bedroom apartments "Vue Mer" (approx. 50 m², 1 bedroom with a bed in 160, 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 and 1 sofa bed in 140 in the living room) for 6 people.
They feature reversible air-conditioning, satellite TV and telephone. Toaster and kettle in all units. 3 1-bedroom "Vue Jardin" apartments for disabled guests, all with access outside the swimming pool. Kitchen and bathroom linen included, beds made on arrival. Free 1st necessity cleaning kit. Final cleaning (excluding kitchen area, crockery and garbage collection) included, additional cleaning pack available. Elevator. Covered private parking lot at extra charge. Laundry (ironing facilities available on request). Safety deposit box at extra charge. Free Wi-Fi access throughout the residence. Leisure and entertainment
Heated outdoor pool from April to October (weather permitting), with paddling pool, deckchairs, parasols and shower. A wellness area with sauna is available free of charge, as is the fitness area (access to facilities by reservation at reception), ping-pong table, board games... Breakfast, bread deposit service, snack bar (open in high season) are also available.
Beauty treatments and massages (by reservation and according to season). Souvenir store and drinks dispenser. Mail drop at reception, newspapers, interactive tourist information terminal. Reception open 7/7 from 8am to 7pm (variable according to season). Electric car recharging point. Bus service in front of the residence. Coves and beaches within walking distance, the nearest a hundred meters downhill.

Price for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment with sea view for 2 people, accommodation only, without transport, for departure on November 1, 2025.

To be paid on site: Deposit 300€ (returned depending on condition of apartment), tourist tax 1.76€ per day per person aged 18 and over, comfort pack including extra cleaning (excluding kitchen area, dishes and garbage collection) and a change of bed and household linen (sheets, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 kitchen towel) during your stay at the rate of 47€ per studio, 59€ per 1-bedroom apartment and 70€ per 2-bedroom apartment, extra bathroom linen kit 11€ per person per kit, continental buffet breakfast €14 per adult per day and €7 per child under 11 per day, baby cot or high chair available on reservation at €7 per day or €5 per day for stays of 7 nights or more (subject to availability), baby kit (cot, bath and high chair for babies aged 6 months and under 3 years) available on reservation at €9 per day or €7 per day for stays of 7 nights or more (subject to availability). Pets 12€ per day upon reservation (only 1 per unit, kept on a leash, not allowed near the pool or in the breakfast room), private covered parking 6€ per day or 4€ for stays of 7 nights or more, safe rental at reception 7€ per day or 5€ for stays of 7 nights or more, laundromat and extras.
