61 air-conditioned, spacious, well-equippedapartments in a 3-storey building with elevator:
- "Suite Confort" (T1, approx. 32 m², sleeps 4): entrance corner cabin with 2 90cm bunk beds, living room with fold-down 160cm bed.
- "Suite Supérieure " (T1, approx. 32 m², sleeps 4): entrance corner cabin with 2 90cm bunk beds, living room with fold-down 160cm bed. "Suite Supérieure" (T1, approx. 32 m², sleeps 4): entrance cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90cm) and living room with fold-down bed (160cm).
All units are equipped with: kitchen area (microwave, kettle, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), desk/dining area in main room, safe, Italian shower room with hairdryer, separate WC, satellite TV with sports and cinema channels, DVD/Hifi player, free WiFi access in units, furnished terrace. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival, welcome products. Daily cleaning for stays of less than 7 nights, every 3 nights for stays between 7 and 14 nights (with change of sheets only for stays of 14 nights 1*/week). Private parking at €7/night (€42/week). Reception open 24 hours a day. Coin-operated laundry service at extra charge. Iron and coffee-maker available at reception. Bar and snack bar.
Arrival possible every day, short stays accepted.

Leisure and entertainment
Large freshwater swimming pool, heated out of season, with children's section. Deckchairs, parasols, sauna and small fitness room available, table tennis, pétanque, badminton, bikes available on loan (deposit required). Nearby, all the entertainment, activities and sports on offer in the dynamic seaside resort of Porticcio.

Check-in & Check-out : Arrival from 5:00 p.m., departure no later than 10:00 a.m.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax €1.65 per person per day. Deposit 250€ per Suite, optional cleaning 40€, covered and closed parking 7€ per day or 42€ per week, buffet breakfast 16€ per adult and 8€ per child under 11, free for children aged 0 to 4. Pets accepted 10€ per night or 60€ per week and extras.
Good to know : Beds made up on arrival, towels provided, access to swimming pool, fitness room and sauna included, free wifi, towels changed and housework done every 3 days for stays of 7 nights minimum. Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
