10 small residential blocks on 2 levels, featuring functional, soberly decorated apartments equipped with: reversible air conditioning, living room with sofa bed or 2-person BZ, kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave/grill and dishwasher, shower room with WC and terrace.

- 2-room apartments for 4 people (approx. 32 m²): 1 bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds.
- 3-room apartments for 4/6 people (approx. 42 m²): 2 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds.
- 3-room apartments for 5/7 people (approx. 70 m²): same + 1 bed.
- 4-room apartments for 6/8 people (approx. 61 m²): 3 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds.
- 5-room apartments for 8/10 people (approx. 83 m²): 4 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds.
Free Wi-Fi access at reception, chargeable in accommodation. Laundry for a fee. Television and linen rental. Free outdoor parking, 1 space per unit. End-of-stay extra cleaning included, excluding kitchenette and crockery. Do not hesitate to inform reception on arrival if necessary. Baby equipment kit to be booked in advance directly with the residence by e-mail. Cheque or cash deposit required, no credit cards.
Leisure and entertainment
Heated outdoor pool (except in midsummer) with paddling pool open from mid-April to late September (weather permitting), deckchairs and parasols. Children's play area, pétanque court. Shops approx. 1 km away. All leisure activities in Saint-Florent 3 kilometers away. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes away, mythical Saleccia 50 minutes. Lake Padula, the Agriates desert and Cap Corse within easy reach. Hiking, mountain biking, scuba diving, horse riding, paragliding, climbing, canyoning nearby. Bastia less than 30 kilometers away.

Check-in & Check-out: Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure no later than 10:00 am.
To be paid on site: Deposit 300€, tourist tax and Eco Recycling contribution. Additional services to be pre-booked: bed linen kit (sheets + pillowcases) 12€/single bed or 16€/double bed, bathroom linen kit (1 terry towel + 1 bath sheet) 6.50€/kit/person, bath mat 3€, baby kit (cot + high chair + bathtub) 20€/week or 35€/2 weeks, baby cot only 15€ Additional services not bookable, to be paid on site: television rental 30€/week or 40€/2 weeks.
Price includes : Playground, pétanque court, outdoor parking, WIFI access at reception, reversible air conditioning, access to heated outdoor pool open from mid-April with paddling pool, extra cleaning* at the end of your stay (except kitchenette & dishes).
Good to know : Credit cards accepted from 15€. End-of-stay cleaning included, except for kitchen area and crockery, to be carried out by the customer. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness in the returned accommodation requiring a cleaning service other than that described in the GTCS may be billed through the deposit.
