Accommodation and facilities
66 apartments harmoniously dispersed in a wooded, flower-filled park, on ground or upper floors.
Simply furnished and air-conditioned, they are equipped with: kitchen area (2 hotplates, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven, toaster), 1 shower room with WC in the F2s, 2 in the F3s, television (2 in F3 75 m²), terrace or balcony with garden furniture.
- F2 (2/4 people + 1 baby) approx. 33 m²: living room with sofa bed (140 or 2 x 90), and bedroom with 1 bed in 140.
- F3 (2/6 people + 1 baby) approx. 55 m²: living room + bedroom as in F2, + 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 (can be made up), garden level.
- F3 (2/8 people + 1 baby) approx. 75 m²: living room with convertible sofa (140 or 2 x 90), 2 bedrooms, 1 with bed 140 and 1 with beds 2 x 90, and 2 mezzanines with 1 bed 140 or 2 x 90; two air-conditioning units, bay windows opening onto a private terrace.
Additional extras: laundry service, household linen. Baby kit available on request, subject to availability (cot, highchair and bathtub). For short stays, please contact us.
Free wifi access at the bar and pool. Private parking at residence entrance, with security guard in July/August. Coin-operated laundry (laundry detergent included). Safety deposit box at reception. Credit cards accepted. At the bar, breakfast, aperitif, bread deposit... (extra charge).
Leisure activities
Large swimming pool open from April (weather permitting) with children's pool and whirlpool. Television room. July/August: ping-pong table (rackets not supplied), plus billiards, table soccer.
Approx. 2 km away, beach and restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Intercommunal transport to Ile-Rousse. In town, all entertainments, entertainment, shops, sports, hiking...

Optional services to be paid on site: Final cleaning if not done by guests 130€ per F2 unit or 180€ per F3 unit, bed linen rental 15€ per person, towel rental 15€ per person, breakfast 13,50€ per person, laundry 7€ per machine (5 kg, detergent included), pet 70€ per stay for small dogs (â15 kg) and 90€ per stay for large dogs (+ 15 kg) + final cleaning became MANDATORY, welcome and cleaning kit 7€, babyfoot and extras.
