Accommodation and facilities
17 apartments in 2 single-storey buildings. Design studios (foldaway bed, 2 people, 25 m²) and apartments "T2" (3 people, 40 m², 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160) or "T3" (5 people, 60 m², 1 bedroom with double bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds or 1 double bed, please contact us).
All feature: air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, coffeemaker and kettle), living room with 1-person sofa bed, shower room with toilet and hairdryer, TV, furnished terrace. Cot (under 2 years) available in apartments. Linen provided in all apartments, plus courtesy tray. Laundry service available (washing powder not provided), and loan of iron. Cleaning service included mid-stay if two consecutive weeks. Final cleaning included. Breakfast available on request. Wifi and internet point available free of charge at reception. Secure, guarded parking (1 reserved space close to accommodation).
Leisure and entertainment
Outdoor swimming pool open from spring, weather permitting, equipped with sun loungers, parasols and shower. Bicycle hire. Board games available. All shops and entertainment in Ile Rousse 3 minutes away by car. Calvi 20 kilometers away. Hiking and water sports nearby. The hilltop villages of Balagne not far away.

Price for 7 nights in a T2 40m² apartment for 2 people, accommodation only, without transport, for a departure on September 20, 2025.

Check-in & Check-out Arrival from 4:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax €2.75 per person per day. Deposit 800€ in studio, T2 or T3 and 2 500€ in Villa. Whirlpool bath in each villa €70 per week. Extras.
Good to know : Cot & highchair for babies (0 to 1 year) free on reservation. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. Final cleaning included. Laundry room available free of charge. Cleaning every weekend for stays of 14 nights or more. Pets not allowed. Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR).
