Accommodation
170 apartments in 10 buildings and 2 twin residences: ACQUA BELLA & ACQUA LINDA. The apartments are air-conditioned and decorated in light tones.
All feature a kitchenette (with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower with WC, and terrace.
- 2-room apartments for 4 people (between 31 and 34 m²): living room with pull-out sofa and 1 bedroom or mezzanine with 1 double bed.
- 3-room apartments for 6 people (between 46 and 48 m²): living room with pull-out sofa for 2 people, 1 bedroom or mezzanine with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
PMR accommodations: 2 rooms for 4 people and 3 rooms for 6 people, please contact us.
Free Wi-Fi access at reception, laundry service not included, parking (1 outdoor space per unit). End-of-stay extra cleaning included, excluding kitchenette and crockery. Television and linen rental. Baby equipment kit to be reserved in advance by e-mail from the residence. Cheque or cash deposit required, no credit cards.
Leisure and entertainment
Restaurant, 2 swimming pools (1 open from mid-April to mid-September, and 1 from mid-June to mid-September, at the same time as the children's pool). Multi-sports field, children's playground, bowling green. Sandy beach 150 m away, with free loan of paddles, kayaks and windsurfing boards from the water sports center in July and August.
Hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning and quad biking are just some of the activities on offer nearby. La Castagniccia, Bastia (40 km away) and Corte are less than an hour's drive away.

To be paid on site : Deposit 300€ per apartment + cleaning deposit 30 to 50€ (credit card not accepted, please provide 2 checks), tourist tax 0.80€ per person and Eco Recycling contribution 0.30€ per person, bed linen kit (sheets + pillowcases) on reservation 16€ per double bed and per change and 12€ per single bed and per change, bathroom linen kit (terry towel + bath sheets) on reservation 6.50€ per person and per change, baby kit rental (bed + high chair + small bathtub) on reservation 20€ for one week and 35€ for two weeks, TV rental 30€ for one week or 40€ for two weeks, laundry and extras.
Price includes : Outdoor parking (1 space per apartment), multisports field, children's playground, Wifi access at reception, air conditioning, pétanque court, access to the nautical base (paddle, kayaks and windsurfing boards) in July/August. Access to the outdoor pools and paddling pool (one pool open from mid-April to September and one from mid-June to mid-September). Children's activities for 4-11 year olds (5 half-days per week) during school vacations in the summer period, daytime sports activities during school vacations in the summer period. End-of-stay cleaning included, except kitchenette and dishes to be done by customer.
Good to know: End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness in the returned accommodation requiring a cleaning service will be charged to the deposit. Pets are not allowed. Credit card payments accepted from 15€.
Free arrival with a minimum of 7 nights (out of high season, Saturday arrival mandatory from 02/08/2025 to 29/08/2025 inclusive).
