Accommodation and facilities
48 functional, air-conditionedapartments spread over 3 levels without elevator. On the ground floor
are the "F3" apartments (5 people). On the 1st floor, you'll find "F2" (3 people) and "F3 " (4 people).
On the 2nd floor are the "F2" (2 people) and studios (2 people).
- Studios (approx. 16 m² for 2 people, not recommended for tall people or the elderly): living room with 1 bed 140x190.
- F2 for 2 people (approx. 25 m²): living room + 1 bedroom with 180x190 bed or 2 90x190 beds,
- F2 for 3 people (approx. 27 m²): same as F2 for 2 people + larger living room with additional sofa bed

- F3 for 4 people (approx. 36 m²): living room + 2 bedrooms with 180 cm or 2 90 cm beds,
- F3 sleeps 5 (approx. 36 m²): same as F3 sleeps 4 + 1 additional sofa bed (140 cm)

Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, mini dishwasher (except in studios), coffee maker, toaster. Shower room with hairdryer, WC. Flat-screen TV, safe. Terrace with barbecue and drying rack. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided. Wifi in common areas. Private parking lot. Laundry facilities not included. Late arrivals: please let us know. Arrival possible every day for a minimum of 3 nights, please contact us.

Check-in & Check-out : Arrival from 4:00 pm, departure no later than 10:00 am.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax per person per day, deposit 200€, cleaning deposit 35€ per studio, 40€ per F2/2 people, 45€ per F2/3 people and 50€ per F3 (returned if the apartment is left clean on departure), pet 4€ per night upon reservation, linen change 12€ per studio, 18€ per F2, 24€ per F3 and extras.
Good to know: Cot and high chair for babies aged 0â1 or over, free on reservation. Linen provided (sheets and pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels). The establishment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). A minimum of 7 nights is required from July 12 to August 29, 2025 inclusive. 3 nights minimum the rest of the season.
