Several types of accommodation are available:
- Studio 21 m² (maximum occupancy 2 people + 1 baby aged 0 to 3): a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room
- T2 37 m² (maximum occupancy 4 people + 1 baby): a double bedroom with a 140cm bed, a living room with a 135cm sofa bed, a shower room and a terrace
- T3 43 m² (maximum occupancy 6 people + 1 baby): one double bedroom with 140cm bed, one cabin with bunk beds, one living room with kitchen and sofa bed, one shower room and terrace
- T4 66 m² (maximum occupancy 8 people + 1 baby): two double bedrooms with 140cm beds, one cabin with bunk beds, one living room with kitchen and sofa bed, one shower room and separate toilet
- T4 75 m² (maximum occupancy 9 people + 1 baby): on the first floor, one double bedroom with 140cm bed, one living room with kitchen and sofa bed 135cm, one shower room. Upstairs, a double bedroom with 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds and a shower room.
- Villa Casa Rossa 165 m² (maximum occupancy 8 people + 2 children + 1 baby): with private access ,a 70 m² terrace, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, in the villa and an outbuilding with 1 double bedroom, 1 children's bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. Enclosed grounds with private pool.
- Villa 12 Personnes de 200 m² (maximum occupancy 12 people + 1 baby): private access, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. It features 1500 m² of fenced grounds with private pool, parking and a 150 m² terrace.

All units are equipped with garden furniture, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, electric heating and free private parking. The open-plan, glass-ceramic kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

A bar-restaurant right by the pool, where you can enjoy breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere.

The residence is equipped with a vast 350 m² swimming pool and a concierge service.
