Accommodation and facilities
Accommodations are divided into 4 zones (or villages):
MARINA between 50 and 100 meters from the beach, offering mini villas with private enclosed patio (no sea view).
HACIENDA, between 800 meters and 1 kilometer from the sea, offers air-conditioned apartments on the upper or first floor, with sunny terraces (no sea view). PAESE, between 700 and 900 meters from the shore, is quiet, privatized and secured by a digicode gate.
PAESOLU between 700 meters and 1 kilometer from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea from the top of the hill, the villas benefit from maximum sunshine.
The location of your accommodation will be determined according to the availability of the residence and in no case guaranteed before your arrival on site.
Apartment 1 (or 2) bedroom(s) CLASSIC
Villa 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms CLASSIC or SUPERIEUR, air-conditioned, good comfort, near the beach or sea view.
Villa 1 bedrooms SPA, renovated, air-conditioned, with free wifi, private parking, residence with digicode, and a
private whirlpool bath in the garden overlooking the bay.
3-bedroom villas have 2 bathrooms.
1-bedroom apartments: approx. 40 m², 2-bedroom apartments: between 60 and 65 m², 3-bedroom apartments: approx. 75 m².
Large 3-bedroom/3-bathroom house, private pool, approx. 155 m².
All units equipped with dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto® coffeemaker, toaster, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, hood, microwave. Living room with TV and sofa bed. Barbecue on terrace with table and chairs.
Maximum occupancy and detailed description, please contact us... Wifi in accommodation. Iron, vacuum cleaner and safe. Laundry facilities. Tobacco shop, mini-market, bread depot in high season. Bed linen, towels, cleaning kit and final cleaning included. For short stays out of season, please contact us. Optional services, late arrivals with supplement, to be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Leisure and entertainment
A large, secure, heated swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, parasols and shower, is open without reservation to guests from all areas. Leisure activities: 2 tennis courts, jet-skiing, windsurfing, water-skiing, boat hire, diving... Nearby, a horse-riding center and the small Lezza golf course. 7 km from the center of Porto-Vecchio.

Check-in & Check-out Arrival between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.
In case of arrival after 8:00 pm, please inform the residence 48 hours in advance.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax 1€ per day per person aged 12 and over. Deposit (credit card numbers requested on arrival with proof of identity).
Extras to be booked 48 hours before arrival: Baby cot (0 to 2 years) €10 per day, pets allowed (1 maximum) on request €20 per day, extra cleaning charge, during your stay, €50 for 1-bedroom units, €50 for 2-bedroom units or €100 for 3-bedroom units. Late arrival (after reception opening hours 8:00 pm) charged €30 on arrival.
Good to know : Bed linen and towels included. For arrivals after 8:00 pm, please notify the residence 48 hours in advance. All arrivals after reception opening hours will be charged €30, payable on site. Reception open until 11:00 p.m. maximum. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
A minimum of 7 nights is required from July 5 to August 29, 2024 inclusive, 5 nights the rest of the season.
