Accommodation
Our modern, simply decorated and furnished accommodations are arranged around flower-filled driveways. They are equipped with: air conditioning, living room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 people in the 3-room villa, and 2 separate BZ beds + pull-out bed in the 4-room villa, television, kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave/oven and dishwasher, bed linen provided, shower room with WC, terrace not overlooked and private garden.
Types:
- Villas 3 Pièces 6 Personnes (approx. 48 m²): 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, maximum occupancy 6 adults and 1 baby.
- Villas 4 Pièces 8 Personnes (approx. 52 m²): 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Free Wifi access at reception. Laundry facilities at extra charge. Linen rental. Free parking, 1 space per unit. Baby equipment kit to be booked in advance directly with the residence by e-mail. Final cleaning included, except kitchen area and dishes.
No credit card for deposit, please use checks or cash.
Leisure activities
A swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols, open from mid-April to the end of September.
The beach, shops and entertainment of Sainte-Lucie, a booming village, are a 5-minute drive away, and mountain rivers can be reached in 15 minutes.

Check-in & Check-out: Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.
To be paid on site (amounts for services given for information only, subject to change): Deposit 300€ per apartment + cleaning deposit 30 to 50€ (credit card not accepted, please provide 2 checks), tourist tax and Eco Recycling contribution, bathroom linen kit (terry towel + bath sheets) on reservation 11€ per person and per change, baby kit rental (bed + high chair + small bathtub) on reservation 40€ per stay, laundry and extras.
Price includes: Bed linen, TV, wifi access at reception and in apartments, outdoor parking, access to swimming pool open from mid-April, extra cleaning at end of stay (except kitchen area & dishes to be done by customer).
Good to know: End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness in the returned accommodation requiring a cleaning service will be billed to the security deposit. Pets are not allowed. Credit card payments accepted from €15.
