Accommodation and facilities
25 simply-equipped, yet pleasant and functionalaccommodations (upgraded and renovated every year). Scattered over the hillside and accessible by steps, most have a lovely sea view (depending on the type of accommodation chosen).
The apartments, mostly on one level, can accommodate up to 6 people depending on the level of comfort, and all feature: air conditioning, television, Italian-style shower room with WC, fully-equipped open kitchen (with oven or mini-oven in the 2/3 apartments, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, hood and dishwasher), terrace or balcony (garden table and chairs, electric or charcoal barbecue), free WiFi (limited connection), bed linen and towels included (tea towels not provided).
Choose from the following apartments:
2/3people (approx. 30 m²): living room with 90 cm-wide sofa bed, bedroom with 1 160 cm-wide bed.
2/4people (approx. 40 m²): living room with 90 cm-wide sofa bed (sleeps 2), large bedroom with 1 160 cm-wide bed.
4/6people (approx. 50 m²): living room with 90 cm-wide sofa bed (sleeps 2), 2 bedrooms, one with 1 160 cm-wide bed and the other with 2 90 cm-wide beds.
Secure access (digicode gate at entrance). Two underground parking lots, one at the bottom and one at the top of the residence. Night watchman on site. Paying laundry. Pre-booking recommended for all rental equipment. It is imperative to inform reception in advance of any late arrival, and to report any person with mobility difficulties. Final cleaning optional, and daily cleaning possible. Tourist tax included. Pets to be reserved (extra charge according to size).
Leisure activities
In front of reception, a large, beautiful swimming pool (18x9 metres) and its wooden terrace with white sail bowers and deckchairs. A gym (dumbbells, treadmills, bicycles, weight-training equipment, etc.) is available during reception opening hours. A small children's play area, petanque pitch, table soccer and ping-pong table are also available.
All the activities of the renowned seaside resort of Porto-Vecchio are nearby.
On foot: 600 m to the modest little beach of Pezza Cardo, home to a sailing school, and 2 minutes to a mini-market, restaurants, rotisserie and greengrocer.
Accessible by car: the pretty beaches of Saint-Cyprien and Cala Rossa are 5 minutes away, Santa-Giulia and Palombaggia are 15/20 minutes away, the shopping center is 5 minutes away and downtown Porto-Vecchio is 10 minutes away.

Check-in & Check-out: Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am. Reception closes at 7pm, please let us know in case of late arrival.
To be paid on arrival: Deposit + final cleaning 300€ (pre-authorization).
Optional services to be paid on arrival: Daily cleaning (excluding kitchen area) €20 per hour. Cot (0-1 year) on reservation 15€ per week, baby chair on reservation 10€ per week, pet (admitted on request only) small (under 20kg) at 7€ per night per pet or large (20kg and over) at 14€ per night per pet, laundry 4€ per token and 1€ per pod and extras.
Good to know : Tourist tax, bed linen (with bed dressing), towels and final cleaning included (kitchen area, dishes and waste management are the responsibility of the customer - a deduction from the deposit will be made in the event of non-compliance), TV in the accommodation and Wifi around the pool, reception and in the accommodation included. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). A minimum of 2 nights is required throughout the season.
