Residence comprising semi-detached villas grouped in small hamlets and 2 buildings. 61 semi-detached villas and 68 apartments in 2 buildings on one or two levels. 4-person "Nature View" and "Sea View" villas approx. 34 m² with 1 bedroom and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, or 4-person "Nature View" or "Sea View" apartment approx. 36 m² with 1 bedroom and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room.
Facilities: air-conditioned living room with flat-screen TV, kitchenette (oven or microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, 2 ceramic hobs), bathroom with bath and WC (separate in villas), terrace or balcony with garden furniture depending on location, WiFi access. Bed linen included. 1 essentials kit on request from reception. Final cleaning (excluding kitchen area, dishes and trash removal) included. Paying laundry service. Iron and ironing board available. Reception open 5 days a week (except Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Parking outside the residence. Car required to enjoy the surrounding area. Arrival possible on weekdays outside very high season. Mail drop-off at reception, interactive tourist information terminal. Since 2016, the residence has taken part in the "Rispettu" program, for sustainable and responsible hospitality.
Leisure and entertainment
Heated outdoor pool (weather permitting) with sun loungers. Boules pitch, mini-golf and children's playground. A 30-minute walk along a steep path, or a 7-kilometer drive, takes you to the magnificent Cupabia beach, popular with sea and nature lovers. Nearby: equestrian center, scuba diving, excursions, numerous hiking trails in the area, mountain biking, quad biking. Filitosa megalithic site and Sartene just a few kilometers away.

Check-In & Check-Out: Arrival from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, departure no later than 10:00 am.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax, deposit of 300€ per accommodation and per stay, extra bed 12€ per day upon reservation and subject to availability depending on the type of rental (to be specified at the time of reservation), baby kit rental (cot with fitted sheet + bathtub + baby high chair from 6 months) at 9€ per day upon reservation and subject to availability (to be specified at the time of reservation), rental of cot or highchair for babies aged 0 to 2 years at 7€ per day upon reservation and subject to availability, small pets allowed upon reservation at 12€ per pet per day (limited to 1 per accommodation), 1 bathroom linen kit (1 small and 1 large towel per person) is available at 10€ per person per kit (included in the rental price for stays of 3 to 6 nights). Kitchen welcome kit at €4 per kit and 1 complimentary kit available free of charge on reservation and to be requested at reception.
