Accommodation
25 semi-detached houses and 10 single-storey villas in a 3-hectare wooded park.
- Maisonnettes 2/4 people (approx. 34 m²): one bedroom with 1 bed in 160.
- Individual villas 4/5 people (approx. 65 m²): one bedroom with 1 bed in 160, one bedroom with 2 single beds.
All villas are fitted with good bedding and equipped with : individual reversible air-conditioning, kitchen opening onto the living room (with 1 x 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster and kettle), living room with sofa-bed (1 double or 2 single beds), bathroom with WC, shaver socket, hairdryer, corner bath (Italian shower in the villas), sea-view terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, LCD TNT TV, and safe in the villas.
1 villa is equipped for handicapped access (door width 90). Babies are included in the maximum occupancy.
Wifi connection available. 1 parking space per unit. Laundry (laundry detergent provided). Free loan of iron. Saturday or Sunday arrival. Intermediate cleaning possible.

A beautiful infinity pool with paddling pool for children and views of the Gulf of Valinco.
Parasols, deckchairs and shower available. Wellness cabin, treatments by appointment only. Beach 200 m away (road to cross). Board games available. Nearby: sporting activities (diving, water skiing, kayaking, hiking, fishing). Numerous sites to discover, including Filitosa, the Baracci baths and their sulfur springs, the Campomoro towers and the Aiguilles de Bavella. Lively seaside resorts such as Porto-Pollo and Propriano not far away. Shops and restaurants less than 500 meters away.

Price for 7 nights in a 34m² semi-detached house for 2 people, accommodation only, without transport, for departure on October 4, 2025.

Further information
Check-in & Check-out Arrival from 4:00 pm, departure before 9:00 am.
To be paid on site: Deposit by bank pre-authorization on day of arrival, tourist tax €1.50 per person per day, laundry available with 5kg washing machine with detergent token (€7 per token).
To be paid on site with pre-booking 48 hours before arrival: change of bed linen €10.50 per person per week, change of bathroom linen €10.50 per person per week, beach towel hire €10.50 per person per week, baby cot by prior arrangement €20 per week (sheets not provided), baby high chair by prior arrangement €15 per week and interim cleaning €55. Battery recharge €25 per day. Groceries delivered to your home: 100€ + receipt. Breakfast delivery to your terrace: €20 per person per day plus extras.
Good to know: Bed linen and towels provided for the stay. There is no cleaning charge, but houses must be maintained during your stay and returned perfectly clean. Otherwise, a €150 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit. The establishment is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR).
