60 functionalapartments with independent entrances make up the residence:
- "Bilocale" type (2 adults + 2 children under 14), approx. 31 to 34m²: 1 double bedroom, separate living room with 2 single sofa beds or 2 sofa beds.
- "Bilocale Spécial" type: approx. 36m² with additional dressing room.
- " Bilocale Beach" type (2 adults + 1 child under 12): 1 double bedroom, separate living room with 1 single sofa bed. Type "Bilocale Beach" (2 adults + 1 child -12 years): one double bedroom, separate living room with 1 single sofa-bed.
- Type "Trilocale 5", sea view (3 adults + 2 children -14 years), approx. 36m²: same as Bilocale with another small single bedroom.
- Trilocale 6" type: one double bedroom + one twin bedroom + separate living room with
kitchenette and two single sofa beds.
- Trilocale 6 Special": one double bedroom + one twin bedroom + separate living room with kitchenette and two single sofa beds + two bathrooms (one with shower).
- "Trilocale 6 Plus Sea View": one double bedroom + one twin bedroom + separate living room with kitchenette and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 + two bathrooms with shower.
- Trilocale Beach" type: approx. 30 meters from the beach, one double bedroom + small twin bedroom + dressing room + separate living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed for 2 + baby bed on request + two bathrooms (one with shower) + outdoor shower.

All units are equipped with: shower room with WC and hairdryer. Television, safe, terrace with garden furniture. Air-conditioned rooms. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, Italian coffee maker, gas hob, small fridge-freezer.

Courtesy bathroom with shower and checkroom available on arrival and departure day, so you can make the most of your vacation. Reception open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Free, unguarded private parking. Charges, linen and final cleaning compulsory, to be paid on arrival. Late arrivals to be notified at time of booking.

At lunchtime, you can choose between the "L'Approdo" bar by the beach, offering salads and sandwiches, and the "Il Paguro" restaurant .
In the evening, dine à la carte with grilled meats or seafood. " L'Approdo", with its terrace overlooking the sea, offers wood-fired pizzas to eat in or take away.

Two sandy beaches around 300 meters from the residence, one with deckchair hire and the other
public. A large supervised seawater swimming pool, with sun loungers (free), open all season

Thalasso & Spa center and its wellness treatments, a 9-hole Pitch & Putt golf course with
