Catering
The estate offers a refined culinary experience that is both authentic and inspired. Each morning, a generous breakfast—prepared with produce from the garden and local treasures—invites you to wake up gently in the heart of the estate. The “Sopravigna” restaurant, located on the central square, serves hearty bistronomic cuisine that blends Corsican traditions with Mediterranean influences, featuring ingredients from the vegetable garden or local producers.
As for the “L’Orangerie” pool bar, nestled in a citrus grove facing the large pool, it offers a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day: cold tapas, vegetable fritters, or acacia flower fritters, cocktails, or glamorous light bites—all in a setting marked by simplicity and elegance.
Leisure and entertainment
In the heart of the Ortolo Valley, relaxation blends with the elegance of an intimate wine estate. At the heart of the estate, the pool, surrounded by orange and linden trees, invites you to enjoy a moment of tranquility in a perfectly preserved setting. Under a secluded arbor, overlooking the vineyards, massages with essential oils offer you a gentle and rejuvenating escape.
For nature lovers, marked trails wind through the estate: hiking, electric mountain bike rides, or “country-style” yoga sessions harmoniously round out the experience. Finally, wine tourism enthusiasts can explore the estate, participate in tastings at the wine cellar, and discover the exceptional wines produced on-site.
