The Route des Sens Authentiques Corses is much more than a simple trip, it's a total immersion in the very essence of Corsica. Bringing together 400 island artisans and producers, this initiative is anchored in a rigorous quality charter, guaranteeing the excellence of each product. Imagine 400 enthusiasts, united by their love of the land, offering 400 unique ways to discover this island of a thousand treasures. In 2013, ODARC (Corsica's agricultural and rural development office) developed the Route des sens authentiques - Strada di i sensi agritourism trail, to introduce you to a land of meaning and values.

At every stage of your journey, the Route des Sensi immerses you in the authenticity of Corsican traditions. From artisanal charcuterie to prestigious wines, the delights of honey and olive oil, each product is the fruit of ancestral know-how handed down from generation to generation. And that's not all: throughout each micro-region, the artisans and producers are committed to respecting a strict quality charter, guaranteeing you products of controlled origin.

Tourism with character, integrated into a culture.

The Route des Sens invites you to get off the beaten track and experience a holiday with character. It is revealed through numerous signs along the route, proudly displaying its distinctive logo. These signs guide travellers along an itinerary full of discoveries. Those who, through their work, their high standards, but also their sense of welcome and sharing, express the soul of the island, invite you to treat your taste buds, awaken your senses, provoke emotion... Farmers and artisans on the Routes of the Senses take the time to talk about what they do and who they are. Along a variety of itineraries, you'll be invited in all seasons to discover and appreciate the riches of a territory, whether agricultural, artisanal, cultural or heritage, by meeting the men and women who bring it to life. Corsica is rural by nature, and proud of its authentic products.

Supporting the rural economy

They are the fruit of ancestral know-how, but also of long and serious quality procedures, even high quality (AOP, IGP, Label rouge, AO...): wine, charcuterie, cheese, honey, olive oil, chestnut flour, fruit, confectionery, spirits, craft beers, oysters, condiments, spices, essential oils, cosmetics, knives, sculptures, pottery, ceramics, jewelry... But also botanical discoveries, donkey or horse rides, and table d'hôtes. All fans of direct sales from producer to consumer will be delighted and proud to support the world of agriculture, which represents 7,000 jobs and 1,900 farms in Corsica.
