Marina Viva residence

120 units spread across 15 single-story buildings, set within a park filled with flowers and trees, with no through traffic. All units are air-conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, drip coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and essential kitchen utensils), a bathroom with a toilet and hair dryer, a television (DTT channels), a safe, and linens provided (sheets, bath towels, and dish towels). Each unit features a private furnished terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol.

T2 (2 to 4 people, approximately 29 m²):living roomwith a sofa bed + one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm).
T3 (4 to 6 people, approximately 38 m²): same layout as the T2 + one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Two T3 units are accessible for people with limited mobility (PMR).

Wi-Fi access in common areas. Enclosed parking subject to availability. Coin-operated laundry and luggage storage available. During the off-season, short stays (minimum 3 nights) are possible upon request.

Accommodations only, with the option of dining on-site or by reservation, at an additional cost and subject to availability.

Feel free to enjoy the hotel’s facilities: a swimming pool with a sun deck, a water park with slides, and a beach equipped with lounge chairs from June 2 to September 27. A wide range of sports activities are available: 2 tennis courts, a multipurpose sports field, fitness classes (gentle gym, morning stretches, and aqua aerobics depending on the season), as well as pétanque, table tennis, and beach volleyball. In July and August, you can also participate in water polo matches in the pool. A welcome briefing is held every Sunday morning to present the entertainment schedule.

In addition, water sports and outdoor activities are available: scuba diving, canyoning, and excursions by bus or boat. Shops and a boat shuttle to Ajaccio are located right nearby.
