In the heart of the hamlet, the main building houses five timelessly charming bedrooms. Three of them, located on the garden level, open onto small secret gardens where the scents of the maquis mingle. Upstairs, you'll find the "Persica" room overlooking the Ortolo massif, and the "Limone" suite with its panoramic view of the valley and horizon, overlooking the swimming pool. 2 adjoining sheepfolds, "Mandarina" and "Clementina", complete the decor.
The carefully restored former barns and sheepfolds are home to the resort's spacious suites, ranging in size from 40 m² to 75 m². Three of them - "Melagrana", "Amandula" and "Nucciola" - feature a private swimming pool. All open onto a terrace for relaxation and contemplation.
With just ten rooms and suites, A Mandria di Murtoli cultivates the art of rarity. Conceived as a hamlet unto itself, this boutique hotel combines elegance, serenity and authenticity. Under the centuries-old olive and orange trees of a preserved valley, the "L'Appuntamento" restaurant offers generous, authentic Italian cuisine - simple, sincere and Mediterranean. Most ingredients come from the estate's own farm or from local producers, ensuring freshness, terroir and a taste of the Corsican sun. With just 30 covers, the setting is warm and intimate - ideal for a dinner under the stars or a quiet lunch in the heart of nature.
