Accommodation and facilities
The establishment offers 31 comfortably furnished rooms and 7 apartments, spread over several buildings (without lift) with a peaceful ambience.
The 8 "Standard" double rooms, with a surface area of 13m², are located on the first floor of building 2, with a 160x190 bed and shower, and offer a view of the courtyard and/or alleyway.
The 5 "Standard Twin" rooms, located on the first floor and measuring 17m², are equipped with two 90x200 beds, with shower, in building 3, and have a view of the courtyard and/or alleyway.
The 12 "Confort" double rooms located on the 1st or 2nd floors in Building 1, with a surface area of between 14 and 17 m², are equipped with a 160x200 bed and a shower.
The 4 "Confort Twin" rooms are located in Building 1: two of them (26m²) are on the first floor and have two 90x200 beds, a shower and a balcony with no particular view. The other two (28m²), located on the 1st or 2nd floor, are also equipped with two 90x200 beds, a bathtub and a balcony.
The 4 "Triple" rooms (25m²) have a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, and a bathtub. They are located in Building 1, on the 1st or 2nd floor, and have a balcony with no particular view.
A 34 m² "Quadruple " room, comprising a 160x200 bed and two 90x200 beds, with shower, is located in Building 4, with a balcony overlooking the street and accessible from the 1st floor.
Located on the 1st floor of Building 4, the 2 "1-bedroom apartments", 46 and 50m² respectively, are available as a hotel apartment. The 1st (ideal for 3 people) has a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 sofa-bed, and a kitchen-living area. The 2nd (for 4 people) also has a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed in the living room, and includes a kitchen, living room and shower; it also has a balcony overlooking the street.
The 2 "2-bedroom apartments" are also available as aparthotels and are ideal for 5 people. The 1st (in building 4), 80 m², comprises two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds), plus a 90x190 bed in the living room. It has a kitchen, living room and shower room, and a balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard or parking lot. The 2nd apartment (in building 6) is 95 m² and also comprises two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds) and a 140x190 bed in the living room. It has a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
To offer greater independence, our apartments are operated and serviced separately from the bedrooms. Cleaning and refills are carried out once every 7 days.
Catering
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast. It is served between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the reception room and on the terrace.

Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Florent, the hotel offers privileged access to a multitude of activities and discoveries. Just a few steps away, the port is bustling with cafés, boutiques and shuttle services to the unspoilt beaches of the Désert des Agriates, including the famous Lotu and Saleccia. Nature lovers can enjoy seaside walks, hikes in the Corsican maquis or boat excursions.

Check-in & Check-out: Arrival from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, departure no later than 11:00 am.
The parking lot must be vacated by 2:00 pm on the day of departure.
To be paid on site: Visitor's tax €1 per person per day (subject to change), packed lunch available to be reserved one week in advance. For apartments, takeaway breakfast only €13.50 per person plus extras.
Good to know : Parking (1 parking space per room/apartment) and motorbike/bicycle garages available free of charge (subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi access. Pets not allowed. In the apartments cleaning and refilling of welcome products are carried out once every 7 days; for stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning kit is provided. Every 4 nights, the hotel can provide new sheets and towels only on request from reception. End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding dishes and garbage collection). No pets allowed. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
