Accommodation and facilities
The establishment offers 31 comfortably furnished rooms and 7 apartments, spread over several buildings (without lift) with a peaceful ambience.
The 8 "Standard" double rooms, with a surface area of 13m², are located on the first floor of building 2, with a 160x190 bed and shower, and offer a view of the courtyard and/or alleyway.
The 5 "Standard Twin" rooms, located on the first floor and measuring 17m², are equipped with two 90x200 beds, with shower, in building 3, and have a view of the courtyard and/or alleyway.
The 12 "Confort" double rooms located on the 1st or 2nd floors in Building 1, with a surface area of between 14 and 17 m², are equipped with a 160x200 bed and a shower.
The 4 "Confort Twin" rooms are located in Building 1: two of them (26m²) are on the first floor and have two 90x200 beds, a shower and a balcony with no particular view. The other two (28m²), located on the 1st or 2nd floor, are also equipped with two 90x200 beds, a bathtub and a balcony.
The 4 "Triple" rooms (25m²) have a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, and a bathtub. They are located in Building 1, on the 1st or 2nd floor, and have a balcony with no particular view.
A 34 m² "Quadruple " room, comprising a 160x200 bed and two 90x200 beds, with shower, is located in Building 4, with a balcony overlooking the street and accessible from the 1st floor.
Located on the 1st floor of Building 4, the 2 "1-bedroom apartments" of 45 and 50m² respectively, are available as a hotel apartment. The 1st (ideal for 3 people) has a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 sofa-bed, and a kitchen-living area. The 2nd (for 4 people) also has a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed in the living room, and includes a kitchen, living room and shower; it also has a balcony overlooking the street.
The 2 "2-bedroom apartments" are also available as aparthotels and are ideal for 5 people. The 1st (in building 4), 60 m², comprises two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds), plus a 90x190 bed in the living room. It has a kitchen, living room and shower room, and a balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard or parking lot. The 2nd apartment (in building 6) is 95 m² and also comprises two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds) and a 140x190 bed in the living room. It has a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
To offer greater independence, our apartments are operated and serviced separately from the bedrooms. Cleaning and refills are carried out once every 7 days.
Catering
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast. It is served between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the reception room and on the terrace.

Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Florent, the hotel offers privileged access to a multitude of activities and discoveries. Just a few steps away, the port is bustling with cafés, boutiques and shuttle services to the unspoilt beaches of the Désert des Agriates, including the famous Lotu and Saleccia. Nature lovers can enjoy seaside walks, hikes in the Corsican maquis or boat excursions.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Parking spaces must be vacated by 2:00 PM on the day of departure.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax of €1 per person per day (subject to change); packed lunches are available if ordered at least one week in advance. For apartments, breakfast is available exclusively as a takeout option for €14.50 per person, plus extras.
Good to know: Parking (1 parking space per room/apartment from 9:30 a.m. on the day of arrival until 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure) and motorcycle/bicycle garages are available free of charge (subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed. In the apartments Housekeeping, linen/towel changes, and restocking of complimentary toiletries are provided once every 7 days; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a housekeeping kit is provided along with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay independently. Every 4 nights, the hotel can provide new sheets and towels only upon request at the front desk. End-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding dishwashing and trash removal). This property is not accessible to guests with limited mobility (PMR).
The Appart’Hôtel package includes the following amenities: bed linens and towels, a welcome toiletries kit including 1 shower gel and 1 bar of soap per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a washing machine with one detergent pod, a dishwasher with one dishwasher tablet, an oven, a microwave, a kettle with one tea bag per person, a toaster, a coffee machine with one capsule per person, an iron and ironing board, a clothesline, and a smart TV in every room.
