Accommodation and facilities
Air-conditioned, single-storey bungalows with private terrace and garden furniture, offered in two different formulas, self-catering or half-board:
Kitchenette in rental, not available for half-board: hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and WC, TV with French channels, vacuum cleaner, safe.
In all bungalows, the "parents" bedroom has a window overlooking the living room.
The names of the rooms vary according to the package chosen (the 3rd room in the half-board package is the living room). Double bed in 140.
- Bungalows "Essentiel" 28 to 30 m²: living room with 1 sofa-bed (1 bed) - a small bedroom with 1 single bed - a bedroom with 1 double bed (maximum occupancy 4 adults + 1 baby).
- Bungalows "Essentiel" 28 to 30 m²: living room with 1 sofa-bed (1 bed) - a small bedroom with 1 single bed or 2 bunk beds - a bedroom with 1 double bed (maximum occupancy 4 adults + 1 child + 1 baby).
- Bungalows "Essentiel" 35 m²: living room with 2 single beds convertible into 1 double bed or 1 double bed - one small bedroom with 2 bunk beds - one bedroom with 1 double bed (maximum occupancy 5 adults + 1 child + 1 baby).
Sheets provided in rental formula. For half-board, beds made up on arrival, towels provided, exchanged at reception on request, and final cleaning included.
Free baby equipment kit to be booked in advance.
Mandatory baby package for half-board.
Wifi access at reception and bar for a fee. Laundry room with iron and ironing board available for a fee.

Catering
Half-board restaurants offering a variety of buffets (to be pre-booked throughout the season). Half-board (breakfast and dinner) or full-board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are available only during school vacations, and must be booked in advance. Only rental guests may pay for occasional meals on site.
Bar-lounge with terrace, beach bar in July/August.
Leisure and entertainment
Large 300 m² heated pool (weather permitting) with palm-lined solariums. Children's paddling pool. Petanque, 2 tennis courts, playground. Sailing, windsurfing, etc. available at an additional cost at the nautical center on the Club's beach. Golf lessons available nearby. Excursions not included. Bastia less than 30 minutes away.

Check-in & Check-out: Arrival from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. on Saturdays), departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax €1.32 per day per person aged 11 and over (indicative rate), cleaning kit (washing-up liquid, multi-cleaner, liquid detergent, sponge, dishwasher detergent & tablets) €9.90 each, washing machine €6/towel with detergent, tumble dryer €3/towel and extras.
Good to know: "La Payotte" is open during school vacations from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and outside school vacations from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm until the end of activities.
Optional service to be pre-booked:
- Baby kit 0-23 months (cot without mattress, bathtub and bouncer for babies aged 0 to 11 months), high chair available in the restaurant) free on pre-booking.
- Housekeeping option (in Rental formula): €59 per accommodation and per stay for 1 to 5 people and €69 per accommodation and per stay for 6 people. Possibility of renewing the service on site for stays of 2 weeks or more (excluding kitchenette and crockery).
- ZEN Service Option (in Rental package): 39€ per accommodation and per stay for 1 to 5 people, 49€ per accommodation and per stay for 6 people. The option includes: beds made on arrival and bathroom linen left in the accommodation (1 towel + 1 bath sheet per person + 1 bath mat). Possibility of renewing the service on site for stays of 2 weeks or more.

Clubs Poussins (4 to 35 months) : On reservation and extra charge 400€ per baby for 5 days. Open from 03/05 to 27/09/2025. 5 continuous days from Monday to Friday + discovery of the club on Sundays from 3pm to 5pm.
Children are supervised by activity leaders all day long and taken care of, including during lunch (meals included for full-board and extra for half-board, rental).
Club Renardeaux (03-05 years): Open from 03/05 to 27/09/25 (for Club Renardeaux). 5 continuous days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09h-17h) + 1 evening (day set by the club) 19h-21h + discovery of the club on Sunday afternoon. Outside school vacations (French and Belgian) 3 full days (Wednesday 09h-17h) + 2 half days (Monday and Friday 09h-12h, Tuesday and Thursday 13h30-17h).
On full days, children are looked after by our activity leaders, including during lunch (meals included for full board and extra for half board, rental). The wake is organized to give parents a moment to relax and enjoy their meal. The entertainers take care of the children's dinner (meals included with full board, half board and rental).
Club Pirates (6-10 years): Open from 28/06 to 30/08/2025. 4 continuous days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09h-17h) + 1 evening (day set by the club) 19h-21h + discovery of the club on Sunday afternoon. Outside school vacations (French and Belgian) 1 continuous day (Wednesday 09h-17h) + 4 half-days (Monday and Friday 09h-12h, Tuesday and Thursday 13h30-17h).
On full days, children are looked after by our activity leaders, including during lunch (meals included for full-board and extra for half-board, rental). The wake is organized so that parents can relax and enjoy their meal in peace. Our entertainers will take care of the children's dinner (meals included with full board, half board and rental).
Junior & Teen Clubs (11-17 years) : Open from 28/06 to 30/08/2025. 5 days a week from Monday to Friday + Sunday afternoons, with separate sessions from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 10pm for Juniors (11/13 yrs) and 5pm to 11pm for Teens (14/17 yrs).
Children are supervised by activity leaders in the afternoons and taken care of including dinner (meals included with full board, half board and rental supplement).
