Accommodation and facilities
Completed in the spring of 2020, this residence combines modernity with a warm, welcoming atmosphere thanks to its sleek design and amenities tailored for your comfort. Each apartment has been carefully designed with an emphasis on high-quality materials, safety, and the well-being of its residents.
You’ll find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and other essentials for a convenient stay, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The apartments also feature a private terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. A welcome basket filled with local products, along with a bathroom kit and a cleaning kit, will be waiting for you upon arrival.
For families, specific amenities are available: a travel crib, a high chair, and the option to configure the bedrooms with suitable beds (a double bed or single beds that can be arranged as needed). Each apartment also features reversible air conditioning, free and unlimited Wi-Fi, a TV, and convenient storage in every bedroom.
Outside, you’ll have access to private parking and even an electric car charging station (for an additional fee).
The residence is fully enclosed and secure to ensure peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

Payable on site: Tourist tax of €1.87 per person per day; mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €65 per apartment; mid-stay bed linen change of €12 per bed; mid-stay towel change of €10 per person; outdoor electric car charging stations available upon request at the front desk, newspapers at the front desk, mid-stay cleaning: €60, yoga classes by reservation, as well as any other extras.
Good to know: A security deposit of €600 per unit will be required upon arrival (credit card authorization, check, or cash). It will be refunded on the day of your departure after a property inspection, minus any charges for damage or wear and tear. Bedding and linens are provided; beds are made upon arrival; bath and pool towels are provided. A complimentary welcome basket is provided upon arrival. Unlimited Wi-Fi access in the accommodations and common areas. Private, secure parking. Three-bedroom (T3) accommodation accessible to guests with limited mobility (PMR).
