Accommodation and facilities
Scheduled for completion in spring 2020, the residence combines modernity and conviviality, with a streamlined style and amenities designed with your comfort in mind. Each apartment has been carefully designed, with an emphasis on quality materials, safety and well-being.
You'll find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and other practical living essentials, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The apartments also feature a private terrace with barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. A welcome basket of local produce, as well as a bathroom kit and a household kit, will be waiting for you on arrival.
For families, special equipment is available, including a cot and high chair, and the possibility of adapting the bedrooms with specially adapted beds (double or single beds that can be adapted to suit your needs). Each apartment also benefits from reversible air conditioning, free unlimited Wi-Fi access, TVs and practical storage space in all rooms.
Outside, you'll enjoy private parking, and even an electric car socket (extra charge).
The residence is fully gated and secure to guarantee your peace of mind and that of your loved ones.
Leisure activities
On site, you can enjoy a secure swimming pool surrounded by a relaxation area, ideal for unwinding in peace and quiet. To make your stay even more enjoyable, personalized services are available at an additional cost, such as yoga classes, hairdressing treatments or a press service. Just a few minutes away, the small town of L'Île-Rousse offers a multitude of activities and leisure activities to suit all tastes, from strolls to restaurants and boutiques.

Check-in & Check-out: Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax €1.87 per person per day, compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €65 per apartment, change of sheets during stay €12 per bed, change of bathroom linen mid-stay €10 per person, external electric sockets for cars on request at reception, press at reception, mid-stay cleaning €60, yoga classes on reservation, plus any extras.
Good to know : A deposit of 600€ per accommodation is required on arrival (credit card imprint, cheque deposit or cash). It will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory of fixtures and fittings, less any damage or breakages. Bed linen and household linen provided, beds made up on arrival, towels and pool towels provided. Welcome basket offered on arrival. Unlimited wifi access in accommodation and communal areas. Secure private parking. T3 accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). Cot and high chair available free of charge on request. Petanque court available.
