The Les Terrasses d'Arsella residence offers accommodations that combine modern comfort with Mediterranean elegance, designed to welcome couples, friends, or families in a refined setting.
The Studios, for 2 people, feature a separate sleeping area with a double bed (180x200), a shower room with a toilet, and a private 18 m² terrace—ideal for enjoying the Corsican sun in complete privacy.
The apartments, for 6 people, offer two bedrooms (one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single beds (90x200)), two shower rooms, and a separate toilet. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed (160x195), perfect for accommodating two additional guests.
Each unit features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a washing machine, a griddle, as well as filter coffee makers and a Nespresso® machine, providing everything you need for a self-catering and enjoyable stay. They thus combine privacy, functionality, and the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. For your comfort and peace of mind, end-of-stay cleaning is provided (with the exception of the kitchen area), and bed linens and towels are supplied, with beds made upon your arrival for a warm and worry-free welcome. Free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations, and a housekeeping kit is provided to make your stay easier. In addition, the residence offers on-site parking and charging stations for electric vehicles for added convenience.

Right within the resort, your stay is filled with moments of relaxation and well-being thanks to its spacious aquatic areas—including a heated pool and a children’s pool—as well as a fitness center where you can stay active in a stunning natural setting.
Just a few minutes’ drive away, southern Corsica offers a natural setting rich in recreational activities and discoveries: idyllic sandy beaches like Saint-Cyprien and Palombaggia, turquoise waters perfect for water sports (paddleboarding, kayaking, or windsurfing), natural pools, scenic hikes to spectacular waterfalls like Piscia di Gallu, and boat trips to the surrounding islands or the majestic cliffs of Bonifacio.
Outdoor adventure enthusiasts can also enjoy magnificent horseback rides, traversing the maquis, forests, and coastal trails for a complete immersion in the Corsican landscape.
