The Résidence Premium Les Villas de Porto-Vecchio offers an ideal setting for vacations in Corsica, combining comfort, relaxation and proximity to the sea.
The 50 m²"4-person apartments" offer comfortable, functional living space. They feature a bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a living room with a double sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, all extended by a pleasant terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
The"6-person apartments", with a surface area of 52 m² extended by a beautiful terrace, are distinguished by their generous volumes and meticulous layout. They feature two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160×200), the other with two single beds (90×200), as well as a living room equipped with a top-of-the-range double sofa bed and an elegant bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, for a comfortable stay with family or friends.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable and worry-free as possible, the residence offers a full range of included services. End-of-stay cleaning is provided (except for the kitchen area), bed linen and towels are supplied and beds are made up on arrival, ensuring a warm welcome right from the start.
Each accommodation, located on the first floor, benefits from level access and is equipped with a plancha for convivial moments, as well as a Senseo coffee machine to savor each morning to the full. A free Wi-Fi connection is available in all units, and a cleaning kit is available to make everyday life easier. Parking and charging points for electric vehicles round out the facilities.
Leisure and entertainment
In the heart of the maquis and just a few minutes from the beaches, the residence offers the ideal setting for relaxation and exploration. On site, you can relax in one of the three outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated from April to November, and one specially designed for younger guests (surrounded by protective barriers).
In the surrounding area, the residence's privileged location opens the door to a wide range of activities. Less than five minutes away by car, the fine sandy beaches invite you to swim, try out water sports such as paddleboarding, kayaking or windsurfing, or go diving around the Cerbicale islands.
Nature lovers and hikers will also find numerous coastal and inland trails to explore, while the region's emblematic sites lend themselves to beautiful excursions to discover the Corsican landscape.
This mix of relaxation within the residence and dynamism on the coast and in the hinterland ensures a stay that is both soothing and rich in discovery.

Reception opening hours: daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
Minimum stay of 4 nights is required from April 4 to July 10, 2026 inclusive and from August 29 to October 30, 2026 inclusive. From July 11 to August 28, 2026 inclusive, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
