Accommodation and facilities
Our villas can accommodate up to 6 people in an elegant and generous setting, offering 110 m² of interior space extended by 150 m² of outdoor space with a private swimming pool. Air-conditioned and designed for absolute comfort, they feature a bright living room with three-seater sofa and poufs, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The sleeping area comprises a master bedroom with 180×200 double bed and two bedrooms with single beds, complemented by three bathrooms with walk-in showers and four WCs, one of which is independent.
Each villa is equipped with top-of-the-range facilities designed for uncompromising comfort: free Wi-Fi connection, TV with national and international channels, hairdryer and tumble dryer, while a cleaning kit is provided to accompany daily life. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made up on arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is provided (excluding the kitchenette), offering a warm welcome from the very start. The full range of services is complemented by parking facilities and charging points for electric vehicles, for a stay that combines independence, refinement and serenity.
Leisure and entertainment
Located just a few minutes' walk from Cala Rossa beach, the residence offers an exceptional vacation setting combining privacy, comfort and refined leisure activities. Each villa has its own private swimming pool, heated from April to November, and a large, fully-equipped terrace, inviting you to relax in total tranquillity. This is a real asset for those wishing to enjoy a seaside holiday in complete tranquillity, between swimming and convivial moments around a plancha.
In the surrounding area, the residence's privileged location opens the door to a wide range of activities enhanced by the natural beauty of the surroundings: sandy beaches with turquoise waters, water sports (kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, pedal-boating or jet-skiing) for lovers of marine sensations, and spectacular coastal landscapes to discover. Nature and heritage lovers can also venture out on picturesque hiking trails, admire the Palombaggia peninsula or explore the charming villages and panoramas of the hinterland, completing a holiday experience rich in discovery and local entertainment.

Reception opening hours: daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required from March 28 to July 10, 2026 inclusive and from August 29 to October 30, 2026 inclusive. From July 11 to August 28, 2026 inclusive, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
