They are a practical option for a short or medium-term stay combining independence and comfort.

The "Superior" apartment (approx. 60 m²), which can accommodate up to 4 people, is ideal for families or couples looking for more space. This apartment, accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), offers a separate bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200cm), a spacious living room with sofa bed, functional kitchen and shaded terrace overlooking the gulf.

The "Superior" mini-villas (approx. 45 m²) sleep 2 to 4 people. Featuring a separate bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm), a living room with sofa bed, and a covered terrace with dining area and lawn area, they offer a remarkable sea view - the perfect pied-à-terre for an intimate stay.

For more comfortable stays, or for groups, the "Deluxe" apartment or villa (approx. 90 m²), designed to accommodate up to 6 people, offers two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and the other with two single beds that can form a double bed), two bathrooms, a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a vast terrace facing the sea - complete with private SPA - and top-of-the-range comfort, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun in complete serenity.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, the residence generously provides all the linen you need: sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels and hand towels. For young children, a complete set of equipment - cot (0 to 2 years), high chair, potty and hand blender - can be provided free of charge on request and subject to availability. A coin-operated laundry service, with detergent supplied, is also available. Washing and drying tokens (extra charge) are available at reception.
