Accommodation and facilities
Surrounded by a small Mediterranean jartin, each 44 m²"Apartment for 4" is designed to combine comfort and simplicity in a green Mediterranean setting: a bright living room with double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a shower room and WC, as well as a terrace or balcony.
Air-conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) are included to ensure total peace of mind. On-site parking, a children's play area and a serene environment with gardens and swimming pools. For a fee, the residence offers laundry facilities, a baby bed and/or high chair, and accepts pets weighing less than 25 kg in apartments only, at an additional cost.
Catering
Within the grounds of the residence, the "Badus Bar" stands as a welcoming and convivial stop-off where you can enjoy the sweetness of a shared moment, in a relaxed spirit after a swim or a stroll under the Sardinian sky. Just a stone's throw from the residence, the village of Badesi offers an array of cafés, trattorie and small Italian restaurants, where you can savour the authentic flavours of local cuisine and Sardinian specialities in a simple, warm atmosphere.
Leisure activities
In the residence's verdant setting, the days are filled with moments of tranquility and simple pleasures: you can cool off in two outdoor pools, including a children's pool, or bask in the sun on sun loungers in the shade of parasols. A play area for the youngest guests invites laughter and discovery, while gardens and shaded walkways offer gentle family strolls through the heart of the residence. Just a few minutes away, the sparkling sea of the Sardinian coast invites you to take part in water sports (pedalos, windsurfing, etc.) and long walks on the nearby beaches. And for those who wish to prolong their relaxation, massages and wellness treatments are available on site.

Price for 4 nights in a 4-person apartment (1 bedroom) for 2 people, accommodation only, with transport from LYON, for departure on April 17, 2026.

Check-in & Check-out Arrival between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., departure before 10:00 a.m.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax of €1 per person per day (payable in cash at reception). Baby facilities. Pets under 25kg allowed only in apartments and not in communal areas, subject to reservation and presentation of a health certificate, at €50 per stay. Laundry facilities. Extras.
Good to know : A €150 security deposit is required on arrival (pre-authorized bank transfer). End-of-stay cleaning included (except kitchenette). Bed linen and towels provided. Free Wi-Fi. Reception opening hours: daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required from March 28 to July 17, 2026 inclusive and from August 29 to October 16, 2026 inclusive. From July 18 to August 28, 2026 inclusive, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
