Set around a small Mediterranean garden, each“Apartment for 4 People,” with a floor area of 44 m², is designed to combine comfort and simplicity in a lush Mediterranean setting: a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room and a toilet, as well as a terrace or balcony.

Air conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) are included to ensure complete peace of mind. On-site, you’ll enjoy parking, a children’s play area, and a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens and pools. For an additional fee, the residence offers laundry facilities, a crib and/or high chair, and allows pets weighing less than 25 kg only in the apartments for an extra charge.

Within the resort grounds, the “Badus Bar” serves as a welcoming and friendly spot to enjoy a pleasant moment together in a relaxed atmosphere after a swim or a stroll under the Sardinian sky. Just a short walk from the residence, the village of Badesi offers a variety of cafés, trattorias, and small Italian restaurants where you can savor the authentic flavors of local cuisine and Sardinian specialties in a simple, warm atmosphere.

In the residence’s lush green setting, the days unfold with moments of tranquility and simple pleasures: you can cool off in two outdoor pools, including one designed for children, or relax in the sun on lounge chairs under the shade of umbrellas. A playground for the little ones invites laughter and discovery, while the gardens and shaded paths offer pleasant family strolls through the heart of the resort. Just a few minutes away, the sparkling waters of the Sardinian coast beckon with water activities (pedal boats, windsurfing...etc.) and long walks along the nearby beaches. And for those who wish to extend their relaxation, massages and wellness treatments are available on-site.
