Invitation to horseback riding
A fun way to improve your riding skills and discover horse riding.
If you're passionate about horses but have never dared to try them, we've chosen this invitation to horseback riding for you, to perfect your skills or introduce you to the sport.
Specialists will supervise you throughout the program, one-on-one with your horse, with rides punctuated by picnics and river baths in a pastoral atmosphere.
Between 4 and 5 hours of horseback riding per day to share in a group or with your family, with a rest day in the middle of your stay to visit the Corsican region. You'll love it!
Full program
Day 1 : Poggio-di-Venaco
Installation in mobile homes;
Night in a mobile home at the equestrian center

Day 2 : Poggio-di-Venaco
Meeting at 9am at the stables. Presentation of the horses and preparation. Contact in the arena. Perfecting your skills. Lunch on site or picnic in the countryside. Riding in the afternoon.
Day 3 : Poggio-di-Venaco

Day 4 : Poggio-di-Venaco

A one-day walk through the Boziu. In this pastoral region, we set off to meet the free-ranging herds. Picturesque images are presented to our wide-open eyes as we rediscover the atmosphere of yesteryear. Evening meal at the
centre.
Day 6 : Poggio-di-Venaco
After a swim in the river, it's time to return to the riding center for a good meal.

Practical information
Level and physical condition:
Riders in good physical condition, beginners and young riders are accepted on this holiday.
Notify us of any medical treatment, special diet and health problems on registration.
Please note: in summer, we have to adapt the riding times according to the temperature.

Welcome at Bastia airport.
Outward transfer from Bastia airport to the riding centre (approx. 1 hour by car).
5 nights' shared accommodation in a mobile home (bring a duvet) l
Aperitif on the evening of arrival and departure.
Meals on site (wine on offer) or picnic in the countryside from dinner on the 1st day to breakfast on the last day.
Supervision: qualified guide and tour leader. As the establishment is also a training centre, trainees may be asked to supervise treks or stays on their own or with a qualified leader.
Riding and equipment: trekking horses suited to mountain tours, trekking saddles and mixed saddles with trekking equipment.
The return transfer from the riding centre to Bastia airport (approx. 1 hour by car).
