Mediterranean serenity

For this first day, we offer an optional visit to the winery at 3pm. Théo and his teams will welcome you for a 45-minute tour of the Domaine and a 45-minute tasting.

For hiking, meet Antoine at the Pertusatu lighthouse parking lot and set off to discover the wonders of the Far South on a 3-hour hike. Whatever your level, you'll be able to enjoy this stroll during which Antoine will share his knowledge of Bonifacian history and nature.

You'll go to Paola's to discover her culinary talents. She will offer you a menu with local and quality products. A vegetarian option is also available!

For 3 hours, the afternoon will be devoted to meeting local artisans in Pierre's company. You will be able to choose, in advance, the 3 places you wish to discover among the following: soap makers, cork working, local brewer, red coral working, the art of cutlery.

The table at this restaurant is part of the Nustrale network, whose signatories are committed to highlighting local products.

On this morning, you'll meet Charlène and Marc, who practice permaculture and produce aromatic herbs. You'll even be invited to get your hands in the dirt, if you like!

You'll mark a lunch break, enjoying a vegetarian packed lunch, carefully crafted by a family, farmers from father to son, who own an organic bakery and grocery store. You can enjoy the Bonifacian countryside for a picnic.
