An eco-responsible holiday
This holiday has been designed to generate the lowest possible environmental impact. It is based on the European Meet Destimed+ standard, which aims to create a holiday with a zero ecological footprint. Through low environmental impact activities supervised by experts, the naturalist walks become exceptional meetings on unique sites. Last but not least, Bonifacio brings together and coordinates a network of local producers, restaurateurs and hoteliers under the name "Produit Nustrale". These professionals are committed to reasoned, organic and/or ecological transition approaches.
Local gourmet meal
Bonifacio, the picturesque capital of Corsica, famous for its citadel, cliffs and breathtaking seascape, awaits you for an atypical discovery, at your own pace. You can stroll freely in the hotel's landscaped garden or spend time by the pool. For dinner, our chef proposes a gourmet Bonifacian menu, using produce from his own kitchen garden or local produce.
