Pierre accompanies you to open the doors of a biodiversity interpretation site. Lunch break and early afternoon free. In mid-afternoon, you join Pierre who is waiting to reveal the secrets of ingenious water management in the Upper Town. You'll visit a well-hidden ancient cistern. It's a day dedicated to authentic encounters through visits to atypical farms. In the morning, meet Vincent. He takes care of his vines using phytotherapy. He'll show you around his estate, then invite you to taste his three-color wines. Lunch is served in Charlène and Marc's unusual herb garden. They grow edible flowers, fruit and vegetables in their permaculture kitchen garden. After enjoying a lunch box from the hotel's restaurant, you'll visit their farm and discover the chutneys, mezzés, flavored oils and other fabulous products the couple invent in their laboratory. In the evening, a musical cultural surprise awaits you in the Church of Saint Dominique in the citadel. Dress up for an unforgettable traditional evening.

Hike to the Madonetta lighthouse and visit a producer
After breakfast, you're off for a hike led by mid-mountain guide Antoine. Starting point: the Ermitage de la Trinité, then a walk along the Strada Vecia trail where white stone walls and viewpoints alternate with prolific endemic vegetation. This excursion takes you to the superb Madonetta lighthouse. You then join Thibault, who has prepared a spuntinu (traditional snack) based on products from his farm. This organic farmer then takes you on a tour of his ancestral farm buildings. In the evening, you're free to dine on the marina, for example, or return to your hotel.

Take a unique tour of Lavezzu Island and discover its underwater world.
The highlight of your stay is a day dedicated to Lavezzu Island. You'll get there by boat. In the morning, you'll follow a guide trained by the Bouches de Bonifacio Nature Reserve on a biodiversity tour. At midday, a lunch box from the hotel restaurant allows you to regain your strength before donning your wetsuits for a snorkeling session accompanied by Jordi, your diving instructor. On this occasion, you'll take part in an underwater waste collection, coached by committed professionals who have adopted the Responsible Diver Charter. At the end of the afternoon, you return to your hotel to enjoy the local atmosphere one last time. Your stay ends with dinner at your hotel's restaurant.
