The property offers functional and thoughtfully furnished accommodations that combine comfort and simplicity in a beautifully preserved seaside setting.
The 4-person apartments — featuring one bedroom — are designed around spaces that prioritize togetherness and well-being: a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The terrace (approximately 7m²) extends the living space, making it ideal for sharing meals outdoors, enjoying the balmy Corsican evenings, or simply relaxing after a day spent between the beach and exploring the region.
To ensure comfort and independence throughout your stay, the residence offers several essential amenities. Private parking is available on-site, making it easy to explore the region with peace of mind. The accommodations feature free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort and independence every day.
Finally, various services round out the experience: a laundry facility, charging stations for electric vehicles, an equipment rental service (hair dryers, irons, baby cribs) subject to availability, as well as shared recreational areas within the property, all contributing to a stay that is functional, comfortable, and enjoyable.

The residence is located in a stunning setting where leisure activities naturally range from relaxing by the sea to exploring the area. Just 200 meters away, the fine-sand beach invites you to spend lazy days lounging, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or taking walks along the shore in a pristine setting overlooking Calvi Bay.
On-site, you’ll have access to recreational facilities such as a multipurpose sports court, ping-pong tables, and areas dedicated to pétanque, offering simple, enjoyable moments with friends and family. You can also enjoy an unheated outdoor pool (1.60 m deep) and an unheated wading pool (50 cm deep), open from May through the end of September, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. A sun deck equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas will also let you relax and make the most of sunny days.
Nearby, the Balagne region offers a remarkable variety of activities. The coastal trails provide superb hiking opportunities through the maquis and past stunning ocean views, while the hilltop villages of the hinterland invite you to discover an authentic and unspoiled Corsica. Just a few minutes away, Calvi charms visitors with its citadel, lively harbor, and long beach lined with pine groves, offering a subtle balance between vibrant life, cultural heritage, and the gentle charm of the Mediterranean.

A minimum stayof 4 nightsis required from March 27 through July 9, 2027, inclusive, and from August 28 through October 30, 2027, inclusive. From July 10 through August 27, 2027, inclusive, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
