We offer functional, carefully appointed accommodation that combines comfort and simplicity in the most unspoilt of seaside settings.
The 4-person - 1-bedroom apartments are organized around spaces designed to promote conviviality and well-being: a separate bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with separate toilet. The terrace (approx. 7m²) extends the living space, ideal for sharing meals al fresco, enjoying the mild Corsican evenings or simply relaxing after a day on the beach or exploring the region.
To guarantee comfort and independence throughout your stay, the residence offers a number of essential services. Private parking is available on site, making it easy to get around the region with complete peace of mind. All accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort and independence on a daily basis.
Last but not least, a range of services completes the experience: laundry facilities, electric vehicle charging points, a loan service for equipment (hairdryer, iron, cot) subject to availability, as well as shared leisure areas within the estate, all contribute to a stay that's functional, comfortable and convivial.
Leisure activities
The residence is located in a privileged setting where leisure activities naturally range from relaxing by the sea to exploring the area. Just 200 meters away, the fine-sand beach invites you to spend lazy days lounging, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or taking walks along the shore in a pristine setting overlooking Calvi Bay.
On-site, you’ll have access to recreational facilities such as a multipurpose sports field, ping-pong tables, and areas dedicated to pétanque, offering simple moments of camaraderie. You can also enjoy an unheated outdoor pool (1.60 m deep) and an unheated wading pool (50 cm deep), open from May through the end of September, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. A sun deck equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas will also let you relax and make the most of sunny days.
In the surrounding area, the Balagne region offers a remarkable variety of activities. The coastal trails provide superb hiking opportunities through the maquis and past stunning ocean views, while the hilltop villages of the hinterland invite you to discover an authentic and unspoiled Corsica. Just a few minutes away, Calvi charms visitors with its citadel, lively harbor, and long beach lined with pine groves, offering a subtle balance between vibrant life, cultural heritage, and the gentle charm of the Mediterranean.

To be paid on site: Tourist tax of €1.35 per day per person (18 years and over). Cot available on request. Electric vehicle charging stations. Laundry facilities. Pets are allowed on request, for a supplement of €10 per day and per pet, on presentation of the pet's passport. Extras.

A minimum stay of 4 nights is required from April 30 to July 10, 2026 inclusive and from August 29 to October 31, 2026 inclusive.From July 11 to August 28, 2026 inclusive, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
