Housing and Facilities
Moby Dick Lodges offers five elegant and fully equipped villas, designed to provide privacy and comfort in a stunning setting. All feature air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and a private furnished terrace.
The“Beach House,” with a floor area of 24 to 26 m², accommodates up to 2 people and 1 baby up to 1 year of age. The“Premium Beach House,” which is more spacious at 50 m², can accommodate 5 people and 1 infant up to 1 year old and features two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), a living room with a sofa, and two bathrooms. Finally, the“Luxury Beach House,” with a floor area of 75 m², features two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people and 1 baby up to 1 year of age.
The residence also offers free Wi-Fi, parking, a concierge service, luggage storage, and babysitting services upon request. It also features an on-site slow-charging station for electric vehicles.
Restoration
Right nearby, “La Table du Moby Dick” offers cuisine inspired by local flavors in a stunning setting overlooking the bay. The fully equipped kitchens in the lodges also give you the freedom to prepare your own meals, ensuring a stay tailored to everyone’s preferences.
Recreation
The Lodges’ prime location allows guests to enjoy a wide range of activities, starting with the water sports offered in Santa Giulia Bay: stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, and diving. The surrounding area is also ideal for horseback riding, hiking, and boat trips to the remarkable sites of the Far South. For a more relaxing break, wellness services are also available nearby, including treatments and massages overlooking the sea.

Payable on site: Tourist taxes calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the stay, capped at €4.40 per adult per night (rate subject to change by the municipality); a security deposit of €100 per night per unit, payable only via pre-authorized credit card (checks and cash not accepted), released after checkout; mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay: €55 per Beach House unit, €125 per Premium Beach House or Luxury Beach House unit + option for mid-stay cleaning or service during the stay at the same rates; laundry service; Wash.ME coin-operated laundry at the Castell’Verde Residence at a rate of 7€ per wash (detergent included) and 3€ per dry, payment by credit card only; and other extras.
Good to know: Check-in and check-outprocedures are handled at the front desk of the Moby Dick Hotel. The Lodge Luxury Beach House has a washing machine. The property is not accessible to guests with limited mobility (LIM). Sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels are provided and replaced weekly. A slow-charging station for electric vehicles is available on-site. Parking is free, with pedestrian access to the Lodges through the pine forest. Luggage storage is also available (luggage transport not included). Babysitting services can be arranged upon request through an outside provider. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in days and length of stay: Saturday through Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, from June 12 through August 27, 2027, inclusive; flexible check-in and short stays starting at 3 nights for the remainder of the season.
