Housing and Facilities
60 furnished apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, as well as 6 lodges and 2 sheepfolds. Set in a lush, green setting, the various accommodations offer comfortable and functional spaces, suitable for both short stays and week-long vacations, right next to the beach.
Apartments: Studio – 35 m², up to 4 people; One-bedroom – 42 m², up to 4 people; Two-bedroom – 60 to 75 m², up to 6 people; 4-bedroom duplex – 100 m², up to 8 people. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace overlooking the residence’s gardens. For a self-catering stay, the apartments are equipped with all the essentials: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a television.
The lodges: 2-bedroomlodge – up to 4 people; 3-bedroom lodge – up to 7 people. The lodges have 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on their capacity, with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. They also include a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a 15 m² terrace that opens onto a private garden.
The sheep barns: The two 55 m² sheep barns can accommodate up to 4 people, with the option to add a bed for a child. Each consists of two separate suites, each equipped with a 160-cm bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A terrace opening onto the gardens completes each unit, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor surroundings.
Private, secure parking is also available on the property. Wi-Fi is free.
Restoration
The restaurant and its thatched-roof pavilion invite you to enjoy culinary delights in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The menu features wood-fired pizzas, as well as specialties made with local meats and fish. At the bar, delicious cocktails and specialty drinks are also available to help you unwind over a drink. It’s a pleasant setting for family meals or get-togethers with friends, and themed evenings are occasionally organized to showcase the talents of local artists. For your convenience, breakfast buffet and half-board packages are available. These options are optional and available only during the restaurant’s operating hours. For the 2027 season, the restaurant will be open from June through mid-September.
Recreation
A well-equipped beach lets you fully enjoy the Mediterranean coastline. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach, so you can relax comfortably facing the sea. A swimming pool, located in the heart of the resort, is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The property also features several amenities designed to keep you entertained throughout your stay.
Active guests can enjoy a fitness center (open to all from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), while children have access to a playground. For a fun time together, a bocce court and a multi-sport field allow you to enjoy various activities, including soccer and beach volleyball, with family or friends. A padel court is available by reservation through the resort’s app. Water sports enthusiasts can also enjoy a wide range of activities: jet ski rentals, stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boats, tube rides, and parasailing.

Payable on site: Tourist tax of €1.85 per person per night for guests 18 years of age and older; this amount is subject to change based on decisions by the Community of Communes; a security deposit of €400 per unit, charged to your credit card as a pre-authorization, will be required on the day of arrival and refunded after departure, provided no damage is found; End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory, at a rate of €40 per one- or two-bedroom apartment, €50 per three-bedroom apartment, and €60 per Lodge; rental of lounge chairs at the beach or pool; tokens for the washing machine or dryer at a rate of €5.50; Padel court rental via the resort’s app; additional bath towel kit (1 small towel + 1 large towel) at a rate of €5 per set; sheet changes during your stay at a rate of €10 per person; At the water sports center: jet ski rentals with or without a license for guests 16 and older; introductory motorized watercraft (VNM) sessions with an instructor for guests under 16; rentals of jet skis, stand-up paddleboards, and pedal boats; and other extras.
Good to know: Free Wi-Fi available; bed linens and towels provided upon arrival, with no changes during the stay; dining services can only be reserved during the restaurant’s operating period from June 1 to September 15, 2027; the residence’s pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the gym is freely accessible from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; the property is not accessible to guests with limited mobility (LMP); Identification documents for all occupants of the rental will be required at check-in; Cleaning supplies, dish towels, trash bags, sponges, dish soap, and toiletries such as shower gel and toilet paper are not provided, with the exception of the first roll of toilet paper; Pets are not allowed, except for small pets, subject to prior request and approval by the property.
