Bastia-Calvi

In the north of the island, in the town of Bastia, your tour along the Corsican coast begins. After soaking up the Bastia atmosphere in the narrow streets, around the port and in the citadel, set off in the direction of Calvi. Your first stop is around the town of Saint-Florent. This charming little fishing port is the perfect place to relax. You can relax on the Fiume Santu beach with your feet in the water, or between the vineyards of Domaine Gentile for a Patrimonio wine tasting. Before arriving at your destination, don't miss the superb coastal town of Île Rousse, with its sandy beaches, Genoese towers and rocky archipelago. Finally, the lively town of Calvi will be your destination for the night. Around the ramparts, on the beaches or in front of the harbor, you'll find a friendly, lively atmosphere. If you're looking to immerse yourself in the island's festive soul, Calvi is a must on your Corsica tour package.

Calvi-Ajaccio

After enjoying the atmosphere of Calvian nights, the splendor of the Gulf of Porto will brighten your day. Head south along the coast to the Scandola nature reserve to admire the cliffs and indented rocks. A similar spectacle awaits you further south in the Gulf of Porto, in the calanques of Piana. This time, you'll have to change means of transport and board a boat for a visit to this UNESCO World Heritage site. During this navigation, you'll have the privilege of observing these rocky landscapes amidst which the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean rush in. Your captain will then take you to the Ficajola cove, where, once you've dropped anchor, you'll be able to swim and enjoy this secret spot. After this iodine-filled adventure, set sail for the last stop on your Corsica tour package: Ajaccio. For a few days and nights, set down your bags in the imperial city and discover its rich heritage.

2. A self-drive tour to explore the heart of the island

Taste the freedom of Corsica's roads, taking detours and stopping at each magnificent landscape. On a self-drive tour, you'll be your own driver across the island and can discover all the Corsican wonders at your own pace.

Bonifacio - Porto-Vecchio

For the first leg of your self-drive tour, we invite you to Bonifacio, the island's southernmost town. Wind your way through the narrow streets of the upper town, past fortresses, churches and colorful houses. Beneath the cliffs, you'll discover numerous beaches that can be accessed via the famous Roy d'Aragon staircase. Once you've finished exploring the town, the road beckons, heading for the salt city. Along the way, you're sure to come across the names Rondinara and Palombaggia, two of the island's most beautiful beaches. Don't hesitate to make a little detour to enjoy these sublime spots where turquoise water and white sand mingle. The advantage of a self-guided tour of Corsica is that you can stop wherever and whenever you like. Admire these postcard-perfect settings one last time before heading north to your final stop: Porto-Vecchio. Once there, you can relax and enjoy a meal at one of the town's many restaurants. We recommend U Santa Marina, a Michelin-starred restaurant just 7km from Porto-Vecchio, with a breathtaking view over the entire bay of Santa Giulia.

Porto-Vecchio - Corte

Now it's time to leave the coast for a while and venture into the heart of the island. From Porto-Vecchio, take the road that leads you to the Corsican hills. After passing through the lush green countryside of L'Ospédale, make your first stop in the sublime village of Zonza. In this small commune of the Alta Rocca, time seems to have stood still. Nearby, the Aiguilles de Bavella offer superb hiking opportunities. Leave your car behind for a moment and set off along these trails. You'll discover the Vacca canyon and the Purcaraccia waterfalls with their brilliantly colored natural pools. Then head north to the town of Corte. Perched on a rocky outcrop and crowned by a citadel, Corte is a real gem not to be missed on your Corsica tour package.
